not sure if this is the correct area to post if not im sorry im trying to get igo8 to load onto a eonon e1025 and i can not i found some info here on another thread but still no luck so i figured i join and ask you guys.
i got igo8 on a sd card i made a YFAUTORUN.INI file that says \SDMMC\2577\AUTORUN.EXE
and also changed my sys.txt file to say this from what i say on this forum
[folders]
app="%SDCARD%/iGO8"

[interface]
skin="ui_igo8"
resolution_dir="480_234"
vga=0

[rawdisplay]
driver="gdi"
class="landscape"
highres=0
screen_x=480
screen_y=234

the device seems to try loading the file but nothing happens just reloads the sd card any help would be great as im doing it for a friend

I see two names for your sd card. In your autorun file you name it SDMMC, and in your sys.txt your sd is called SDCARD. So what is it?
You should also know that the folder 2577 (and the file autorun) installs igo on your device (when it's an installable iGO, that is PDA build). I would not do that but run iGO from sd instead. So point your ini file to run igo.exe on your sd card

Where did you find that iGO?
It's possible that no iGO.exe is on sd card but an application.dat. That is the igo.exe that should be installed in memory. You can delete the 2577 folder and rename application.dat to igo.exe.
The next step is to run it.
You should try some lines in auturun.ini, the path must be correct !!! SD card names are SDMMC, StorageCard, Storage Card, SDCARD, ...
