Do not multi-post. It only causes confusion and clutter.

That crash.txt is useful to the programmers, not to non-programmers as most here.
It would also be helpful if you not post a crash that long that is in fact repeating itself, furthermore place in in [spoiler] tags or so as it makes your post extra long and unreadable. Do think of others!!

To your question: I think (not 100% sure) there might be a problem with memory in combination with many maps (full Europe?) and TTS.
Even when you think you have plenty! For Primo 128MB is minimal needed, more is better. Do not forget the OS does and other programs may run in background!
Some devices perform better or worse when running Primo with TTS, even whe the available memory meets the requirements.
Is there a skin involved? That may cause also a memory issue in combination with TTS. Delete, delte save folder and try.
You could also try a non-TTS voice and see how it goes (after deleting save folder!) and/or not load full Europe, only the countries you really need.
