In order to help, a bit more information may be needed:
What version of Primo are you running (or trying to run), and where did you get it from...or did it come with the unit?
Are you using any 'unlock' or replacement menu system?
Your maps seem to be a bit old (from 2010?)...is there a reason they have not been updated?

sorry i dont know which version it is it came with the unit the maps i updated a few months ago it came as a unit from Ebay

it was working fine i turned it off whilst i had a break and then when i went to start it back up the system just kept coming up with the same error message

It's Build version: 9.2.0.191493 (see crash text).
The build number and the outdated maps are the most (only) useful info that a non-Primo-programmer can find in that crash.txt. And that is who a crash.txt is made for, the programmer. That crash.txt and a Igo.map folder that is missing in cured programs. Hence, your Primo is not an official one.

Has the system worked before? When yes, what did you do/change/add/...
Is there an on screen message when the program crashes?

As nabi said, if nothing was 'done' to the install, maybe it had a bad shutdown and is now stuck in some mode with bad settings.
First thing to try might be a full hardware reset of the device...this should clear any bad settings on the unit.
Then the next thing may be to delete the Save folder in the main Primo folder...this will reset any bad settings that may have been retained within the Nav program. Be aware, however, that all your settings will be lost and it will be like starting over for the first time.
If you copy the Save folder to your PC before deleting it on the device, some settings could possibly be restored (any Favorites you may have entered, etc)...but that would come later. Most important is to see if you can get the system up and running first.

I hate telling you this but do you think we are clairvoyant and know all the devices that are sold on Ebay, not to mention the rest of the stores all over the world ? We have no information about your device. We know you bought it on Ebay. And that is all you tell us and we should know? :chok_mini: Really?


Look in the manual. That would be the easiest.
Or look for a tiny hole somewhere that isn't a micro (where you speak in your commands - maybe not your device has a micro, but an other model might have that feature) and stick a paperclip end in it. Mostly it is on the back of the device. Or let the battery drain out completely and wait another 24 hours.
