Fatal Error occurred in main thread

Postby javator » Tue Nov 11, 2014 9:39 pm

Hello,

Im so hopeless because i cannot find the way to run the Igo Primo 2.4 properly.

I was wondering if any can help me out with this issue.

I have Igo Primo 2.4 on a DIN2 Chinese device with Wince 6.0 and 128 MB of RAM.

Everything seems to work properly but when it works for 5/6 min a message appears in the scream and follows with the crash of the system.

The message is:

Fatal Error Occurred in main thread.
Address:0x004e8c60
Exception: 0xc0000005

I have cancelled building, zoom and reference options in order to save more RAM, but doesn´t work.

I would like to use the GPS with all features if possible.

Can anyone help me out here?

Thank you in advance for your time and help.

A fatal error can be caused by all sorts of problems, did you try downloading and installing another build?

If an incorrect selection occurred, delete the file named SAVE in the map file. If the error still persists, back up the file named SKIN to the computer and delete it. If the error is resolved, CHECK THE THEME AND SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY IN THE SKIN FILE. Is it IGO 8 or IGO 9 or the screen size is 480X272 or 800X480? Delete the unnecessary ones and drop the SKIN file back into the CONTENT in the map file. If it still gives an error, delete the skin file from the card.
