@ fatboyfun ive been trying to get this working http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?7281-iGo-with-UK-amp-ROI-Maps-for-Binatone&highlight=binatone on my x430,everytime i tried to start it
it says user interface resolution [320x240] is not supported or compatible skin cannot be found exiting
application,ive tried altering the sys.text to 480x272 and its still sayin the same thing
any pointers please

Open sys.txt with notepad and copy/paste it here.

This is the sys.txt i used for iGO8 on my B430, Also delete the SAVE folder which can hold onto previous device settings and stop it from working.

still saying the same thing.. user interface resolution [480x272] is not supported or compatible skin cannot be found exiting application could it be with summat to do with the branding .zip or data.zip ???

Have a look in the data/branding.zip, open the ui_igo8 folder, and see if your resolution's folder is in there...

From memory this build was for a 320x240 Binatone device, it may not have all the files needed for 480x272

ok looked in the branding.zip but nothing there except a ini file,looked in the data.zip
but no ui_igo8 folder only ui_igo9 folder,looked in there two folders one named 320_240
and other is 480_272,looked into the 480_272 folder nothing there except a xhtml file
while the other 320_240 has got a load of files releatin to the skin,tmc,and other bmp files

You will need to find another data.zip that has the files for 480x272, Or another build of iGO8.

ive found another data.zip put in the main igo folder,seems to boot up ok
