Thanks to all.

Not sure of the exact location, but when you check in the "old" (hope you have a backup) save folder, you must find them.
Maybe try this first: rename the new save folder to save1 and copy the old save folder in place. Only if you made extra changes like a different skin and a different (contents of the) ui folder it could give problems. When it succeeds, you have all your old settings back. If not, delete the (new) save folder again and rename save1 to save and you should have a working Primo again.
I did all. I copied previous Save Folder to the new one, but I haven't found my favorite.

Also, I didn't find user.upoi in Save Directory.

I didn't get what you mean exactly.
I downloaded a zip file from this site or www.gpsunderground.com that I can select my maps of Naviteq or TomTom to use in my Igo Primo. It means I can copy both maps of Naviteq and TomTom to the Map Folder, and it will add one option in Setting and I can select witch map I want to use. After I did that, I didn't find that setting, and my iGo Primo damaged! Now, it is more important for me to recover my Favorite Locations that I saved in damaged one.
Again I thank you all for your attention.
