Hi nabi
Astounded at the quick response. Unfortunately i can't download the links because they have been blocked by Yandex.
Have you possibly got any other links for these downloads.
Thank very much.

Sorry, no.
Why don't you ask them to re-upload?

I have asked for it to be reuploaded but no answer yet.
I am using the full color POI pack that i used for Primo2.4 and it seems okay.

Got the download for the color pack now.
Hungarian is a bit difficult for an Englishman to understand, even with an online translation, but i have now installed the color pack and it is superb.

So, it can be a good idea to provide a mirror link for it, with a few words about how to use it, so others can enjoy it as well, don't you think?

The color POI pack that i downloaded was from "stancy" on the "igo8navigation" forum. When i looked into it it appeared to be the same as the pack i downloaded from here for Primo2.4. As i said, it came with a text sheet of instructions written in Hungarian. I did an online translation to English but they were still for the most part not understandable.
One thing that appears lost in Primo2.0 is the ability to have different loading and exiting screens. This i did make out from the instruction sheet.
It seems that when opening the program Primo uses the "loading.bmp" in the resolution folder. When exiting it uses the same screen to close the program.
Stacys way round this is as follows:-
1) Take your chosen loading screen and CONVERT it to a .jpg file with exactly the same dimensions.
2) Take your chosen exit screen, as a windows bitmap file of the dimension for your resolution, and call it "loading.bmp"
3) Insert the following into your "sys.txt" file - [loading]
loading_bmp="loading.jpg"
Now when you run the program it will have different loading/exiting screens.
As further point, when i had Primo2.4 running it opened and closed with different screens which were loaded in the resolution
folder as, "loading.bmp" and "exiting.bmp".

Franka, it's not unusual for different builds, versions etc of Primo to have a different loading screen I assure you. In reality, the loading screen matters little. What matters is the quality of the build and sys.txt
If the loading screen bothers you a lot, there is a thread on how to skin and edit elements to your iGo install properly and safely (not just unzip and rezip using Windows). I'm pretty sure that covers the loading screen.

I quite agree with Skezza's comments above.
But, the bitmap files that i am adding, editing etc are not zipped files they are in the resolution folder in the root directory and it is from here, if the ui_igo9 folder is present, that these files are selected. The files in data.zip and branding.zip will not be used.

Fair do. Sorry I thought you were struggling to get the bmp loading files to change. My mistake.
