I believe tapping that area brings up another screen with buttons to enable/disable sound and other options.

BTW, regarding the speecam, i can't remember. Do the speedcam.spdb file is autolatically updated when a new speedcam.txt is copied to the speedcam folder?

If you are updating all the speedcams then delete everything in the speedcam folder and restart with the new text file and any text files for other areas you want to keep, or if you are just adding a new area/region then add the new text file only, don't delete anything)
