Help requested with IGO map display

Postby hbeers » Sat Oct 09, 2010 8:35 am

Maybe one of you can help this newbee on IGO.

I installed rel. 8.3.2.152657 on my Touch HD.

When driving I found out that the map always points to the north.

I would rather like it point in the driving direction . Probably got to do something with putting an extra line
in sys.txt, but I don't know where and what to put there.

Please help!!!

I already treid that and it works.
But that means that I would have to do this everytime I start using IGO.

What I am really looking for is a setting to permanently put the 2D display in "driving direction".

Anyone that can help ???

Have you tried to delete your save folder?

EDIT: sys.txt entry

[map]
2dheadup=1; or try 0 for your needs
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.
