Help with 8.3.2.138649_Apr_19_2010_PDA

I just installed 8.3.2.138649_Apr_19_2010_PDA on a HP 6945, Igo shows up on the screen for a second then disapears. any suggestions?

With this little information it's only guessing what is wrong, but in my opinion, it's the resolution.
What is the devices resolution? Next open data.zip/ui_igo8 folder and see what resolution folders are in there.
240_240 should be inside that file
