help with iGo Primo 2.4 (9.6.13) with australia 2017 maps

so i got a double din gps stereo system the other day and put it into my patrol what im trying to do is use the latest aus maps from here http://www.navitotal.com/viewtopic.php?f=82&t=20047
using this software
Here is a fresh link for iGo Primo 2.4 (9.6.13) discused here

but when i load it up it says maps not found but im sure i put them in the right place as disgussed here

i have a feeling i might be missing licence files or something because it doesnt want to play nice
the unit is a double din stereo i cant work out the model of it any help would be greatly appreciated thanks brad

Hi Bradh79,

Do you still have the basemap in the content/maps folder?

This is a requirement for IGO/Primo to work.

Assume that you're talking about the crash.txt. You're getting the maps not found error because you're using a cracked program version.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!
