Eric,
Take a look at my last post.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

Did you open the screenshot of my computer "My Computer?" You have much more than I do. Incidentally, when I plug in my Mio C320, I see F: Mio Device and G: removable disk [SD card].

I can't find it right now, but I suspect a missing device driver. So the mio is found, but not recognized as mio c710

I am completely baffled. All I can say is try another USB port that you know works.

Maybe the problem is the unlock method?
Which method did you use?

You don't need to copy files to it to run primo. Primo can run from sd card.
see [Please Register or Login to download file]
This is a method to set up igo on c710 without unlocking. So if you replace igo by primo ....
Only problem is a back up for safety reasons, to return to original state

FOUND IT (I think)
You need Mio Transfer Hack. You should have it on your Mio DVD.
