No, No, this is the phone settings.
You need to look for "3G service".

Check that you have this lines in your sys.txt:

[tmc.src.http]
enabled=1
[tmc-http]
enabled=1
start=1
servers.size=3
servers[0].url="http://zippy.naviextras.com/services/tmclite/data/nng-igo-tmc-iphone/0/"
servers[1].url="http://zippy.naviextras.com/services/tmclite/data/nng-igo-tmc-russia/0/"
servers[2].url="http://tmchttp0.naviextras.com/nng-igo-tmc-primo/0/"

I find maybe something..

i have the version "Primo 2.4 (9.6.29.383117) Android ("for Israel") [3.Apr.2014]"installed.

i see in the igo directory also a file called ux. This is a Winrar file. What to do with this file? Normally there is a ux directory.

UX folder should be in the root of the program and contains "zip" files.
I'm not sure at all that this is your problem, since I had previous versions without this folder, and traffic alerts was working.

you're right. This isn't the problem. I renamed it to test without ux folder and problem still exists.

In discovered something else. When i install the .apk again (after delete save folder, and uninstall .apk) then the sys.txt is overwritten by a "default" sys.txt. I think this sys.txt is embedded in the .apk?

Some information/parameters are saved by installing the .apk at an location on the mobile in dir data/data. You can see this only if your mobile is rooted. my mobile is not roted.
I have seen that in some sys.txt the line: servers[1].url="http://zippy.naviextras.com/services/tmclite/data/nng-igo-tmc-russia/0/"
is commented so it doesn't work. I did this also in my sys.txt. Nothing happening, but may be is still some parameters in data/dat left.

What i need i a clean .apk (|without filled sys.txt) so i know for sure that settings of sys.txt in directory Igo will work.

My device is not rooted, so I have no idea what you are talking.

The line "servers.size" in sys.txt (above servers[0]) is pointing about how many servers is active. If the line above is commented, and you have only 2 active servers, this line should be like "servers.size=2".
If all 3 lines of servers are not commented, make sure this line is "servers.size=3".

You can find here a version that does not create sys.txt when installed. See here my summary about the different apk files of this version.

thanks. Now also tried on a HTC and a Samsung S2 (= also different networkprovider). Same problem. It must be somewhere in the iGO software. But why is it working on your phone? Strange. I tried also navteq in stead of teleatlas maps.
Maybe i can get a zipped iGo version of your phone? Then i can trace the files if there any difference with my installation. Else i wouldn't know anymore
