I tried the Primo 2.4.9.6.13. The Arriving Destination settings can only be found in the diMka Skin. It did not show up in the default skin. Looks like the Experimental Features = 1 setting in sys.txt does not work or there may be some other settings?

There is some conflict with my GPS device. When the destination is reached, Primo will ask to confirm whether the destination is reached. If I hit YES, then it will show a big screen asking to TURN OFF the device? If I hit TURN OFF, then my whole GPS device will shut down, only a hard reset can make it work again. Strange.

This is a problem on devices that don't support suspend as well, like certain mio/navman and some of the newer binatone devices.

The device locks up and requires a reset to recover.

Oooooooh, you mean the "Have you arrived menu" yes, I'd like to disable that too as if I was stupid enough to press "yes" it would kill my device lol :D until I removed the fuse, then put back in of course.

The instructions are posted in post 2, on some builds you need to use the dimka skin to reveal the option.

As pointed out earlier in the thread, you need the dimka skin to enable the menu.

Make sure that you're using the correct version skin for the correct version program.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

OK, but are you installing a 2.4 program. 480_272 is only the resolution.
