How to get rid of the only arrow style screen?

Hi guys, started like 6 months ago, that for no reason my map screen turns into black screen with only couple of arrows giving me some clues about when I will need to turn left or right in the future down the road, how many kms later.

Most of the time the map screen comes back in a few minutes, but it did happen more than once, that the arrows screen stayed on for 20 minutes or longer.

Could someone give me some clues how disable this arrow only screen for ever?

Does somebody know the name of this view?

Now, it is easily possible, that I was the one that changed some options in the settings and that is the cause of all my headaches, I just don't know what and where I did that.

I forgot to mention that I can get back to the map view any time by touching the screen anywhere, but it is still a major pain to deal with constantly while driving.

Did you try deleting the save folder? A new one should be created the next time you start/exit the program.
