I forgot to tell you guys, this is what did it for me. I really appreciate it you guys are awesome! I have another sd card I also would love to reload the polnav maps that originally came with my unit cause. That's the One I got used too but that error message that came up is random, I never did anything to it. It just messed up on It's own and I have no clue why.

Really don't know anything about Polnav. The last I saw were maps from years ago. AFAIK, there has been no update.

We love helping folks but now you can see that it is vitally important to update your thread so that we know what works and what doesn't work.

Sorry if I forgot but what are its specifications? You might be able to.

Here's your spec list [Please Register or Login to download file]
What program[s] are you interested in? Forget TomTom.

TomTom is NOT good for WinCE. It can be installed but not recommended. Garmin Mobile XT should be OK for your device. No TTS though. Look in the Garmin section here.

TTS = Text To Speech, where the road names are read out, ie, turn left onto high street.

I believe Garmin XT doesn't support TTS.
But your device has too little memory (64MB) to use TTS anyway. (128MB recommended)

IGO can be tweaked, Garmin can not. Some say Garmin is better (routing). Some say iGO.
But it's more personal what you like better, I guess.
For the USA, iGO offers different mapsets (Navteq and TeleAtlas/TomTom). Garmin uses Navteq all over the world. Navteq should be the better choice for most States. I cannot imagine Navteq favors Garmin or any brand better. So my guess is they are equal.
But have you looked at Chas521's signature? He can really tell. I only live on this side of that fish pond. He lives on the right side. (or thinks he does ;) )

When I do good, no one remembers, when I do wrong, no one forgets. I like that, Sadly that is how it works right.

iGO is by far the easiest to install, is the most compatible and has the most features.

Tomtom and Garmin both require you to play with either patching tools or keygens and don't work on every device

It's been so long since i used Navigon i don't fully remember the install procedure, but iGO is better.

I would start with iGO.
