EDIT: FYI, works great!

Now you know to ask your questions here. Download the speedcam file, open the .rar file using Winrar and copy the .txt file [only] to content\speedcam. Delete everything else. BTW, you're from the US I presume? If not, backup your other files before deleting them. Completely shutdown your device, wait a few seconds and restart. During the startup you'll see "initializing warning". This only happens the first time.

Maps [.fbl] go into content\map.
