Since I am in favour of iGO (above Primo) I want to test it, but that will be for later.
Someone did try out and found anything new? (I read the biggest renewal is the build number :girl_cool: )

Edit: it's confirmed. The build number is new! It's an 8.3.5 OEM version for a Navon device.

Thank you. Any actual in use feedback - is it worth updating over previous version?

It works exactly like other iGo 8.3 builds, didn't notice anything new except the build number.

Kinda figured! But it's still nice to have in the library.

I can't be 100% sure of this. It feels like 231128 runs somewhat smoother that 211211 and 245577.
I did set up a long route and the calculation took some less time on the new build than it did on the older, but I did not measure time exactly. As I said, "feels like" .
There can be some reasons for the calculation to take longer or less long, thus I won't comment any further on it.
Everybody should better see for himself if this 8.3.5 build is better for his device.

I am trying it just out of interest and yes, it does seem to load and calculate just that slight bit quicker. Also, no slow down come into and out of roundabouts - very smooth. Only issue I have is speed camera icons appear to be going into the road instead of above it ie I can only see top half of speed camera icon but I guess that may be a sys text amend

Any idea how to get the speedcam icons to appear above the road rather than half in the road? Thanks

Hmmmm!

[3d_config]
disable_roadsign_navigation_mode=1 ;=0 balloon =1 in street

This sys.txt entry works for the naming of streets. I wonder if a modification of sorts wouldn't also work for speedcams?

NO! You misunderstand me. If you try to make a modification of that sys.txt entry, it might work for speedcams. I've never tried anything because I'm content with the speedcam icon so I couldn't guide or support you with any possibilities.

I was only guessing.

As an update I turned speed cameras off, deleted the file from the unit, reset the unit, added file back again and turned speedcam warnings back on and the icons appear as they should. Very strange.

Have to say I really like this version iGo. Only thing I miss from Primo is that in Primo coming up to next roundabout is shows in top left of screen the junction direction you leave at but in iGo it just has the number eg '2' as in leave at second exit. I don't use skins

Oh, and I can't find Primo with a worldwide license
