According to the blurb I have 124 mb ram

If so, sorry. I thought you posted in some other thread a unit with 64MB Ram. Or maybe that was something you were GOING to get, but ended up getting something else?
With 128, Primo 1.1 would run just dandy and have all the options you could want--and it is a more current release and thus will be supported longer.
Now I will shut up.
Good luck..seriously!

You said this:
"# Build-in 4GB memory storage, 128MB Flash ROM, 64MB SDRAM"
If this is the unit you actually got, and the info is accurate, you have 64 MB Ram, not 128. Do not confuse RAM, ROM, and Storage. RAM is the memory for running programs, and Primo, with all the bells, whistles, skins, and voices enabled will struggle on a 64MB system. Or be so slow that it will depress you.

Blimey I must be getting better have installed Primo1.2 and got it working put in map and speed cams.how to I set up speed cam warnings please.

Download a speedcam file here: http://www.navitotal.com/forumdisplay.php?84-Languages-voices-speedcams
copy the speedcam.txt to the content/speedcam folder. When you start, Primo will create its own speedcam database, so starting up will take some longer (only once). Then you need to test it while driving and having a TTS voice file selected.

When I select a TTS voice, I have verbal warnings (but I don't use Primo)
I have Loquendo TTS - so far. TTS voices give warning for cams. And if I remember well, a general warning (speedcam ahaed), not the speed itself. But I always look at the GPS screen when I get a warning, so no issue to me.

Congrats!
It depends what you want--if you just want beeping that increases in intensity, just enable the warnings in Sound Settings, and choose the sound you want--the default is the "beep". If you want an actual voice that says "Speed Camera Ahead", you need to install and activate the Nuance TTSPro voice(s) specifically for Primo 1.2.
Note that there is a significant difference between Primo 1.1 (older) and Primo 1.2 (newest). Any voices or skins you want to add with the least hassle MUST be designed to run in Primo 1.2.
If, indeed, you only have 64MB of Ram as posted above, TTS voices will be a severe strain unless you limit (disable) other memory intensive features like map details (buildings, etc) and POI's. In this case, stick with the "Natural" (non-TTS) voice choices, and get the diMka skin for Primo 1.2, and add the speedcam voice files from the site I have mentioned numerous times and enable them within the skin settings after it is installed.
