Hope I'm not wrong, but the license folder in under the application's root folder, not under \content.

I would start by removing this 3 files:
NavOn Primo PNA HU-R-CZ WEU@09Q4 (NQ, DEM, POI, TMC-Ireland, 3DLM, PSL, JuncV) Content SD #3.lyc
NavOn_N480_Primo_NQFEU_09Q4_Truck.lyc
PearlAgency PNA [email protected]

I got an error message every time I was exiting the program. Removing this three files solved it.
Your problem is different, so, start with this three, and if needed, remove groups of files by name (becker, iPhone, game etc.) until the problem resolved.
No easy way.

Remember to back up FIRST any files you delete - just in case.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

Did you try removing any other files, the files listed above were used as an example?

It's just trial and error i'm afraid.

Dear Fatboyfun first of all Id like to thank all members who try to help
and about removing files yes I did but same result still reset needed every navigation need, not expert but I think the exit command should be more effective and close the app and all its components and files.

It's only a question I asked earlier, do you start iGO by its exefile, or is there something inbetween?

Basically what happens even you push the navigation button?
