What I meant was, did you set up the path to iGO.exe as normal, or did you point it to another app that starts iGO, like a script?

As far as I'm aware nothing in the sys.txt makes it terminate but stay resident, this may just be a device quirk, however, I may be able to create a script that either starts iGO, or kills it if it's running.

The issue with this is it might be the device menu at fault.

This was the sys.txt supplied with the version of iGO you linked to, please edit yours to match this, adding extra entries is not usually required!

Code: Select all
[debug]
skip_eula=1
experimental_features=1

[interface]
show_exit=1
extra_settings=1

[other]
demo_enabled=0

[route]
hnr_ignored_missing_country_ids=*

[vr]
disabled=0

Download and extract this archive...
5391
Rename iGO.exe ON YOUR DEVICE to Start.exe
If it shows up as iGO only, turn off Hide known file extensions in the folder settings!
Copy the extracted files into the same directory as Start.exe

Now when Navigation is tapped, the script checks to see if the iGO process is running, if it is, it kills it, Nothing will happen on screen, tap Navigation again to see if it loads.
