I haven't seen that error in a very very long time, so I not surprised to see the iGO is 8.0.0.35389 dated 2008.
We are 2011 and you are missing new features in iGO, new maps, ....

Thus I suggest you renew your iGO, starting from base: http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?909-Double-din-2Din-GPS-How-to-install-thread

Take your time doing it. It's a long text, but in fact it is simple.
1. look for the paragraph with the resolution test (=> "before you start downloading"). Perform the test ! It will tell you what files to download. Read carefully, because the tests to use depends on your device!
2. At the end of the text is a attachment. 2010_07_06.txt. Click on it, download it and open it. You see the links you need. Copy and paste the link belonging to 2Din90500v2.rar, Download.
3. then copy/paste the link to the DB file the resolution tester tells you. When your resolution is 800*400, you need DB800400. When it's 480*272, you need DB480*272. Download the file you need.
4. Unrar the 2Din90500v2.rar and copy it to an SD card. (2GB sd will do)
Then unrar the DBxxxxxxfile. KEEP DATA.ZIP AND BRANDING.ZIP ZIPPED!!) Copy the zipped files into your iGO directory on the sd card.
Put the sd in the device and start the iGO exe file. I supplied only one language file (US English), one voice (US English) - both to choose - press O.K. - and only the basemap (this is NOT a roadmap!) The picture will be black in the evening hours, green in the day hours, bit if you zoom out, you should see country lines. (just tap on the screen, some buttons will appear)
See if it works! Wait until you have a GPS signal and a solid connection - you cannot see where you are exactly. On the basemap, there are no roads to see.

Do this first, iGO should function before adding maps etc.

I Fund this>>>> When you encounter this message: "Failed to open file: ui_igo8\960_544\loading.bmp" however, then what you must do then is simple. Go to our iGO programs section an download a 8.3.4 build. Next replace the 2Din exe file with the 8.3.4 exe file, delete the save folder (if there is any) and retry. Your iGO should work now.
THE ONLY THING IS I CANT FIND 8.3.4 build in IGO program section .. can u help me please..

From that long text ;)

(The combination of an older iGO (let's face it) and some devices, causes this very odd error. There is NO 960_544 resolution! So the reason must be either Windows CE6.0 - some CE 6.0 devices don't have this error though - or - most likely - that some device manufacturers do modify CE and other operating systems, to suit their particular needs in a way iGO fails)

Of course it's there. Can you make a screenshot of the iGO8 folder contents?

Did you try doing this? You should make the necessary file changes in the data.zip also. BTW, are you using another skin or the default skin? If another skin, you need to make the change in the skin's data.zip. If default, change the program's data.zip.

Use the data.zip from version 8.3.2 (no changes) and we use skin (no changes).
Use in sys.txt:
[interface]
skin="ui_igo8"
Use the data.zip from version 8.3.4 (no changes) and we use skin (inside the skin zip file name the folder ui_igo8 to ui_igo8_da).
Use in sys.txt:
[interface]
skin="ui_igo8_da"
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

That's fine. But did you make the file name change in the data.zip so that the program can find the skin?
