now message stopped but still I need to rest the device every time I want to use the navigation

Can you define reset?

Do you have to reset iGO, or the device?
What happens if you don't reset?

all functions work well but I cant reset Igo because navigation button freezing. even switch device off and on not solve the problem
just reset button which solve the problem temporary .

Did this version of primo come supplied with the device or did you (or someone else) install it afterwards? If that's the case, can you explain how you installed it...

I imagine the reset button is rebooting the device whereas turning it off and on is just suspending it, possibly something is remaining in memory after you close the app so it won't open again. Could be a mortscript pre-loader?

Most of these devices don't do what you think they do. Even the reset button doesn't fully reset them. The best way to fully reset a China 2Din, is to remove the fuse from the fuse box. Which cuts the power, and then they start again.

no it doesn't come with device, I installed it my self , I but the software files in sd card and then install it in the device
if it is mortscript how can be solved

Did you get your copy of Primo from this site?

It's better to start with a vanilla version, rather than one someone has adapted for another device.

Yes from this site , it is working prefect apart of
Reset issues when start , did took a look at

On some devices, certain license files, (in the license folder) cause errors on exit, on some mio and navman's for example, they cause a reboot, it's possible on your device it gets into a infinite loop, meaning wince thinks it's still running so it won't start another instance, look at the file names and remove any unnecessary files...
