Here is something about thread iGO for PC, how to install software on your PC.
After downloading copy the folder and put in C or D of your PC, put the maps, POIs and all in folder content, map, POI, buildings, dem and most important thing is to set up your GPS receiver.
How to do that?
In sys_pc put this text:
[gps]
Port=X
Baud=57600
X is on which COM port is connected your GPS receiver.
After that you can start with using your navigation software.
About resolution is no solutions, you can make some changes but without results, if you have netbook resolution will be perfect on 10" display.

There is two version of iGO, iGO831_PC_mini and right now i found a new and better one, iGO831_PC_midi.
File size is 61.74 MB with more languages like: Czech, German, English, Italian, French, Dutch, Serbian, Croatian, Russian and many more...
