Read this from post #10 http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?7708-Help!-Installing-iGO-8.3-Picture-goes-all-white-and-rolls! Especially post #15.

I tested it out there, it is so nice and work like a charm, but in my opinion Primo is nicer and faster, any way I will be using them both and will still look here and there for Primo problem.

OK, but I have both and I like iGO8 a little bit more than Primo. It navigates better [in my opinion] and it has more options that I could play with. As for the speed problem with Primo, I'm pretty sure that it has to do with the speedcam file you now have. Tell me where you live and I'll recommend something.

I am living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The speedcam file I created it from the speedcams locations I personally saved them in my Garmin GPS in the past few years, and converted them to a text file, sample below:

X,Y,TYPE,SPEED,DIRTYPE,DIRECTION
55.75446,24.25711,1,40,2,9
54.34864,24.48485,1,40,1,204
55.79185,24.30242,1,50,1,29
54.40962,24.44830,1,50,1,300
54.43362,24.41815,1,50,1,288
54.44934,24.44186,1,60,1,288
54.49675,24.40029,1,60,1,107
54.46286,24.40967,1,60,1,106
54.68202,24.53477,1,85,1,215
54.64640,24.48844,1,85,1,215

and because of Primo problem, I put the speed in miles, 60=96 km/h and so on, for example, in the first entry the speed is 40, but actually it is 60km/h, the unit alerts me when I exceed 64km/h.

OK, stay here and I'll upload them for you. First, make a back-up of what you have. Then delete everything from content\speedcam. Then put the .txt file from the download in content\speedcam, shutdown your device and then restart. Primo will create the files you need.

Well Obviously your file covers all over the UAE not only Dubai, but it needs to input the DIRTYPE and DIRECTION

Yes it does regarding the coverage. Can you manually fix those things?

EDIT: If you can fix that file so it is good for you, how about uploading it here for our library? Others may need it also. Thanks.

It is very deficult to do that for all points because I have to check every single point physically to determine to which direction is set and if it is for one direction or two, since the points cover all over the UAE, it is dificult for the time being to do so, but I can fix Dubai's points as they are in my area.
