I was curious.
I've load the Primo 2.4 (9.6.13.267029) using (with what I posted on post #15 above):
- Australia_R3_NQ_2012.Q4 map
- Australia 19_3 Telstra 121016.spc + Australia_schoolzones 19_3 Telstra 121016.spc
- Tempo_4305_Igo8_Aus_Nzl@R18R7_SE_POI_DEM_SPC.lic

I create a rout in Canberra, AU:
Start point: Monaro Hwy X Old Tuggeranong Rd. Destination: Monaro Hwy 10225.

Simulating this rout, I can confirm that this combination (Primo 2.4, Au NQ 2012.Q4, SPC+lic) is working smooth.
