iGo Primo doesn't save Settings! SomeTimes

Good day to you all,
For the past 3 years, I have been installing iGo Primo on my Android AfterMarket DashScreens on my Vehicle,
There is a constant issue were sometimes all my settings are gone, and when I start the car I go through the initial setup of the App!
And go through all the Display, Map, Extra Settings... etc to set it up as I am used to / how I like it!

I updated the apps several times throughout the years, I looked into the SYS.txt file,
BUT found nothing to help me in this MAJOR issue ( At least to me ).
Could someone tell me what is the cause of this issue MAYBE,
So I can prevent it somehow or even fix it!

When you exit the program how are you doing it?

I don't Exit the l app from the exit button, a just turn off my car, so when i start it again the app opens automatically.

95% of the times thats fine, but once in a while the app resets to its Default Settings!

Exit the app before you turn the engine off. I expect that solved the problem and that is why

Correct holyhead. If he doesn't exit through the program and just simply turns off his device then a proper save folder is NOT created and his settings might be in jeopardy.
