hi,

can someone please help me with this problem ?

when i installed sd card without the maps it worked fine.
but after i copied all the maps etc. it keeps crashing and it doesnt work.

Where did you get the program?

ive downloaded the one on this forum : igo.primo.2.4.9.6.13.complete
ahd the maps from this one igo.r3.here.navteq.2015.q2.europe

By any chance is that NextGen? From my understanding, a lot of folks are having problems with it due to a license thing. You probably would be better off with Primo 2.4. Not too much difference with the two.

im going to try it with primo 2.2, ill let you know if it works
