You can review the General Instructions here:

But basically, it's very simple:
Copy the entire Primo2 folder from the download to your SD card...do not move any files out of it or unzip anything.
To add TTS voices (might be best to start WITHOUT TTS voices added to make sure everything else works and add them later), see Installation Instructions here:
TTS-Pro-Voices
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

If you unzipped some stuff (and did not keep the originals), then yes, there is no recovery from that except to download again.:(
