i install Igo Primo yesterday, and i copy the cam file into speedcam folder, and now i can see the cameras while i drive but there is no sound?
can anyone please helo me?

Have you switched both audio and visual alerts on?

If this is the one you downloaded and installed http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?5500-November-Primo-1.1-from-my-device then it HAS audio warnings.

I install this version Primo 2011(february) 9.2.1.178658 and everything looks fine, i add the speedcams txt file and now i can see the speedcam as small icon something like poi, but when i get closer to it, there is no warning sign and sound. and i tried enabling every option.

Put this in your sys.txt:

[warning]
speedcam_max_lookahead=200
speedcam_max_angle=20
speedcam_snap_distance=200
speedcam_maxdistance_from_road=10

Also look closely at my post #3.

I am not sure, i downloaded a torrent with that Igo Primo and maps Q3 for 2010. Also i add those to sys.txt and still nothing. I can see the icons for speedcam but no warning or tone.

Are other sounds, voices, tones, and warnings functional?

I can hear the lady :-) talking, on a simulated route. And i can hear tones from the menu.

And therein lies your problem (as I already answered you while you were in Australia earlier).
There are no speedcams or warnings in Simulation Mode.
And, on a fresh install, you must get a satellite lock at least once after installing the speedcam.txt before the warnings for such can be enabled (and accepting the legal disclaimer).

@ Alex : take your gps for a drive (with a destination of course) passing speedcams. Then it should work.

Ok, i figure that out, i will test it when i go home. Another thing how is it possible to show my speed cameras in simulate route? is that normal or i mess something up? also i install now new skin and i can get to the camera sound settings and all kind of other things

Where do you stand now? As was said to you in an above post, verbal warnings will NOT happen in simulated or fly-over modes [in any program]. Plus you MUST have a satellite lock to see the warnings option. If you still are having a problem then download and install my program from post #3 above. It has everything working. A lot of people have said that it's the best version of iGO yet.

Santa Claus? :-) that was funny. btw i am in the middle east, and have maps only for europe. Also thanks for the advise, but i was so desparate, because i tried so many times with Garmin, didnt satisfy me, so i tried Igo, hoping that everything will work perfect.
