igo primo 1.2

hi guys ive been tring to install igo primo on a via michelin x960 i have followed a tutorial from here but im not having any luck i did have igo come on once then it woudnt work but when i switch the sat nav on it still comes up via michelin is this normal or have i missed something out?
now when i do a hard reset it comes up with a message
the application failed to start last time.do you want to reset to factory defaults and lose all your poi,s tracks and settings?
ive tried clicking yes and also no but still no igo any 1 able to point me in the right direction?it may be worth mentioning i tried another igo primo but had resolution issues

List step by step EXACTLY what you have done so far.

I suggest that you PM marcy99 [a member here] and explain your problem to her. She was successful with your device.

ok here goes
1-got new sd 2gb card and made a install sd folder
2-unpacked and copied the contents from igo primo v1.2 to the install sd folder
3-changed the igo .exe to installSD.exe
4-inserted the sd card into the sat nav and did a hard reset
this is when im getting the error message as said above mate

i also tried the steps again with a different igo primo folder i downloaded (igo primo 2011 feb + eur maps) but i deleted the maps from this that i didnt req and the pois i didnt req but got resolution error message

Where did you get the copy of iGO Primo 1.2 from?
Was there a save folder in the Primo directory before installation?
What is in the file in the Primo directory that's called sys.txt? (Open with Notepad)

This is probably the normal boot image, This is in ROM and you will not be able to change this.

Your info is wrong. I checked her settings: Her PMbox is enabled to everyone and she gets warned by email when there is PM for her.
However she has not visited since the 15th.

Sorry you're getting that message. I'll PM her with your post and ask her to contact you. Plus I'll ask her what the story is with PMs. I just have one request, please be patient. She's not here all the time.
