While posting my sys.txt, i saw the double entry "hnr=1"

Just removed it but it's not better.

Make a copy of the sys.txt and the save folder from your primo installation onto your PC and then delete the save folder, then open the sys.txt and delete everything from it and copy/paste mine into it, start primo and go through the set up and see if it works now.

Sometimes you just need to start again...

Where did you get your copy of Primo?
What other content do you have installed?
Is there any error message/sound effect when it reboots?

But before that i unlocked the device with miopocket 4 which caused me several problems

All these files are the ones i added myself, the rest comes with the default install of primo

That version of Primo was taken straight from my device (Mio M400) with the content, save folder and tts engine+voices removed.

This leads me to think it could be a memory issue, Try removing the .dem and .3dc files and then try again with the .hsp file.

Ok here is what i've done.

1) put the dvd of miomore on my pc then found the mio_tata_400a_leopard_setup.exe

2) as soon as my device is found, i deleted everything in my device then pushed the "next" button

3) It installed me a very minimalistic mio software on the device (no languages, no map, no everything, so that when i turn on the device, it stays on language screen selection, whithout a choice because there is none.

4) unlocked the device with Fatboyfun method

5) copy primo folder whith just 1 map

6) ran igo primo, worked fine whithout nothing but a map

7) copy of the HSP file

Guess what ........ This Fu***** device REBOOTS !!!!
I really can't find where the problem is, except that hsp files are making me crazy

So that to say that it's not 3d or dem files but maybe the Map is the problem ?

At this point I'm thinking corrupted file, the version I downloaded yesterday which worked for me was posted by Yurbuh Tuggly.

Tried France_UNAV_60_2012.06_120612.hsp from Yurbuh Tuggly and France_UNAV_60_2012.07_120717.hsp from bam-bam
Same results.

Will try to redownload everything.

If you re-download everything and it still doesn't work, I don't know what to try next.

Stupid questions, but I don't remember reading the answers anywhere.
What licenses are in the license folder?
Before you you retry, did you delete the save folder every time? If not, do it.
Is there an error message of any kind?
Is there a way of telling what process is busy when the reboot happens? (I am not familiar with Primo, but iGO8 does say what it is doing at the start screen bottom right)
Did you try with a real minimal content? I mean only voice and 1 map, nothing else. This works? Then add hsp file? does this work or crash?
