iGO on View Quest satnav

Postby mimmo » Wed Feb 23, 2011 6:45 pm

Hi,

I recently bought this satnav:

Display: 4.3” colour TFT touch screen Resolution: 480 x 272
Memory: 512Mb internal memory
Card slot: Micro SD card slot, max 2Gb (some users reported 16GB micro SDHC working fine)
CPU: SiRF Atlas III, 500MHz
GPS: High sensitivity, 30 channel
Speaker: Built-in, 1W, 80 Ohm
OS: Windows CE 5.0
Battery: Li-poly 900mAh
Dims: 121 x 78 x 11.9mm
Weight: 163.7g
Maps: Teleatlas - turbodog 6

I'm trying to install IGO on the sd card following this thread
http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?3521-Guide-to-install-iGO-Primo-on-devices-with-Windows-CE-core.
I was able to download the version of iGO Primo supplied by Chas521 but I'm struggling to find a working link to download the map (West Europe or UK)

Any idea where I can find one?

ps Probably this is not the right section but I cannot post anything under Maps...

Thanks

First, this is the right section to post.

Map links (in fact all links) are killed very quickly. They don't live for 6 hours.
Now you have the choice. I posted a torrent link to European maps which is alive. Then you have Europe.
Or you stick to the UK map. By coincidence, I posted today a link: http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?4632-Which-IGO-engine-should-I-use-on-my-via-michelin/page3 post#22
