NWDSoftware.exe is a default path/file from the system. As you found out, the file itself is not there, certainly not on SD. That is why nothing is wrong with the SD.
I am not technical, Fatboyfun is, but I have seen a similar error caused by the unit loosing power quickly not attached to a power source.
It's possible that there may be a small battery inside the unit that could be dead, like the CMOS battery in a computer.
Or the main battery itself is dying.
It could show when the device settings returned to factory settings after disconnecting the power (or ignition off - iGO settings won't change since they are stored in the save folder on SD)
Maybe Fatboyfun can enlighten more.
