What are its specifications?

Just giving my 2cys here.
That device is dated 2007, runs on WinCE 4.20 and has 64 MB. 320x240?
That should be enough to run iGO8.
However, the hick up will be the slow processor (266Mhz - recommended for iGO is minimal 300Mhz) therefor I recommend iGO8 in a minimal setup, no 3D, skip the DEM and no skin or no more then the Kikker skin, which is minimal.
