Try reformatting the SD card using FAT32 and then install my iGO8.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

To format SD cards, I recommend this tool:
[Please Register or Login to download file]
User's Manuals at the bottom of the download page - READ before use!

How much content did you install?

On a new install just limit it to one map only.

When I re-format a SD card [if I have to], I simply insert the card into a card reader and right-click using the mouse. Then I choose format.

Fatboufun: First i deleted 5 dll and log folder log voices and poi buildings speed cams but it still wasn't loading after that i tried entire build without deleting any files but i still get same error message.

chas521: i formatted using sd card format tool and i also used windows builtin format tool but still i get same error message.

Today i bought my friends gps card which is customize igo version by local company here, but when i copied it it gives license error and program exits. but when i used orignal card it works fine on my gps. i wanted to know is there any solution so that i can bypass license?

NO! You cannot bypass using the license. The license is necessary to view the maps. Try this: Make a complete back up copy of your friend's program first just in case. Then delete the license and the .exe from your SD card and replace them with the same folders/files from my iGO8 program. Also delete ANY of your save folders. Completely shut down your device, wait a few seconds and then re-start your device.

I'm having trouble with Navitotal today so I hope you see this. You can use Garmin Mobile XT for your device but it needs to be unlocked first. Go to the Garmin section for the program.

Did you go to the Garmin section and post your question there?
