First of all, 9.6.29.601.732 is an Android version of Primo (Play store :
[Please Register or Login to download file] ).
In the opening post is mentioned 9.6.13.405512, this is a WinCE build so the question is about updating WinCE Primo.
Second it is not the latest (android) which is a NewGeneration build.
The latest Primo WinCE is 9.19.5.584533 Next Generation. IMHO NextGeneration is not advisable (yet) as it has some flaws. Some who tried say it has many flaws, others on the contrary are very pleased. It may depend on the user, it may depend on the device, it may depend on the skin (or a combination). It certainly depends on the licenses (or lack of)
I tried it and wasn't impressed. My (personal!) conclusion is that NextGeneration is what it says, for the future, not for now. Not fully developed nor100% stable. (yet). Primo 2.4 is stable and fully developed. Latest is 9.6.13.491814 but bis not much different from 9.6.13.405512, which is my favorite and has proven itself. No need to update.
