What program (iGO/Primo) and what version are you using and where did you got it from?
If you are using Primo, did you replace your global_cfg.zip file to the latest version?

In my experience TT maps for iGO [TeleAtlas] are not that good in the US, it's better to stick with the Navteq set.

Not useless info, however the whole thread is about the HERE (Navteq) maps. Nobody in this thread said something about TeleAtlas.

You're right, my bad. I know that a later TT set came out and I confused the two version numbers.
