I can use 2013 q1 maps and it works fine, q2 and q3 maps do not work for me, any advise?

Do you have a genuine version of iGO that came with with a genuine license for 2013 Q1 content?

no I do not, all maps worked fine untill HERE version, I can not make Q2 and Q3 work, both are HERE version

2013.Q2 is from Navteq.
2013.Q3 is from HERE (former [Please Register or Login to download file] ).

Both work fine on my device with IGO 8.3.5 and Primo 2.4-9.6.13.
Download the license pack, and copy the relvant (Navteq/NQ) files, one at a time, to your license folder, until you find the right one.

I renamed the HERE maps to Canada_R3_NQ_2013.Q3_130528 it is working fine in IGO and Primo now.

You didn't told us if you used any of the license files from the pack.
The name of the file (.fbl) have nothing to do with the license behavior. The information is embedded in the file, and this is how it's being verified with the license.

No I did not use any other license, I renamed the files and it seemed to work fine in both IGO and Primo, kind of weired but it did the trick for me, I took the device for a short drive and it is working great.

How did you know how to rename the map(s)

If so, then I'm even more curious now, I think even before it was supposed to work.
Would you change the name back to the original and check again?

I changed the name exactly how it was on Q1 file instead of Q1 I typed in Q3 and changed the numbers to HERE numbers like this Q3_130528.

When I go home I change it back to HERE Q3 and let you know, I am at work now.

The numbers have no meaning for the license, it is the date the file was published in format of yymmdd.

tried with the HERE original, I cant get the signal, switched backed to rename one and it is working fine, very strange?
tried 2-3 times same results, I am using ZAMM navigation with sd card IGO on it, original software is on cf card which I have removed it.

Strange, I still think (and know) that the file name is not relevant.
Would you mind to do another test? Please rename the file name to "Canada.fbl". does it work?

it worked as Canada.fbl, this is really strange.

i have the same problem. it shows "can't open map available with your lisence" when starting.
