I'm using primo 2.0

When my navigation boots. I do get the maps but not the main screen.

Could you tell me the steps to find "show map" ?

It is the large icon on the left hand side of the main screen.Just press it!

We do not have your device in front of us. You are trying to tell us something and you do it in a very confusing way.
More: your screenshots only tell us that you know how to borrow the images somewhere since they are clearly from different sources, different Primos, with and without skin.

In your first post you say you have Primo2.0 but the image is Primo2.4 main screen. I suppose you want to show us what you want, not what you get.
So the following answers from baz and ovalball are based on that screenshot: press on the "map button" on the left.

In your last post you say on startup you see this [Please Register or Login to download file] .
That are continuing changing screen shots from a Primo with a skin
The last screenshot is a Primo without skin. It's very normal to see this when pressing somewhere on the map screen on a spot that isn't a button.

So your Primo starts up in map screen and you can't return to main screen. Standard Primo map screen, down left, there is a button called <menu>, which brings up the main screen. Do you have this button?

Can you close the program (not shutting down the device?). Than do so, wait a few seconds and start up.

Have you done something (and you started up in main screen before), changed a setting? Do you have a skin installed and enabled? What is your device? Where is Primo located? On SD Card? In memory? Can you explore the Primo folder? ...

I do it this way and it works for me. In the lower left-hand corner is the word "indetro" [I probably spelled it wrong. I'm doing from memory so pardon me], and sometimes it shows a number speed. Press that lower-left icon for a long time and it will turn back to the menu page.

"indietro" is Italian and means "back", but I very much doubt Werner1963 is Italian. I already asked him if he has the <menu> button down left on the screen.
The screenshots are not from his device but randomly(?) copied from the net somewhere.

Thanks for the language lesson. I was only going by the screenshots he supplied.
