Maps for Japan - A needle in a haystack

Why is it nearly impossible to search for maps of Japan?? Has anyone had any luck or am I the only one?? I can't find any Japan FBL maps. Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks.

There's very little information available about maps of Japan for iGO, It doesn't look like they've been released.

Yeah I figured as much. Oh well. Maybe I should consider switching programs. Which program do you normally use? I've tried Garmin but wasn't really liking it. Thanks for you help.

I have never been to Japan, so i have no idea, but map coverage is more important than the preferred software, so check out the different map provider releases first, then look for software that uses it.
