Delete everything from your SD card. Then download and install unlock from here - follow all directions carefully:

The install iGO 8.3 from here and/or Primo from here:

Well... USB is not working so I can not access internal drive.
Mortscripts does not run. Just this after turning it on:
Memory is insufficient. Please remove some files or programs, and then run again.
Any idea how to flash rom or hard reset the device?

What do you mean that the USB is not working? All the USB ports on your computer? Do you have access to a card reader?

When I plug mio to PC via USB nothing happens, I have a card reader it is working, but I have to access somehow mios internal memory to solve this problem...
The mio cannot boot becouse of the error, so it can not load wince to start activesync or usb drive drivers. How can I get flash it? How can i get into service menu to load a rom via SD or USB?

Before we talk about anything else, I'm more concerned that your USB is not working and the Mio can't be recognized. Have you considered that the sync cable from the Mio to your PC just might not be any good any more? Have you tried all the USB ports? Do your other USB devices work? In the meantime, on your blank SD card, download and install the iGO 8.3 link I gave you. Using Winrar, extract from the first page where only the iGO8 folder is showing. Also, download the unlock link now because you never know about links.

Yes, cable is perfect, everything is working. I know how to hack a normal mio c320 when it is working, but this is out of order. I have tryed pin 9 cercuit block on the chipset to access service menu, but nothing happened just reset. Lets talk about "that something else" please...

Assuming you've checked your USB cable and the port works on other devices, I have bad news-

On my C310x's (yes, more than one), this always meant that I had somehow fried the signal lines on the USB port (the power lines still charge the battery, thank goodness). As best I can tell, "frying" can happen in one of two ways- (1) Leaving the Mio connected to the car charger while starting the car up, and/or (2) using a non-OEM wall charger (output is not current-limited) and doing a Hard Reset with the charger connected.

All is not lost, though. As I do with two of C310x's, if I need to add/subtract/edit something in the Flash Disk, I unlock it with the SD card and use CECMD.

Sounds like your device is hit.... I would do a search and see if you can find the ROM update that was from Australia (I believe) that was out for the c320. It might work... at the very least making your device accessible. I wish I could find a link or an old link to the upload of that firmware... however I have been turning up dry. I am still banned from GPSPassion So you might want to look there. I remember there was a guy there that was cooking up ROMS for Mio devices and he might have one for the c320... or c520 (either should work).
