We need much more information. Is it unlocked? What program? What are the specifications of the device? Why aren't you registered?

Because of a database failure some time ago (I don't remember the exact date, but was in 2010. May?) some users registering that day, were not registered properly and show up as guest. Unfortunately, it's not correctable unless by registering again.

About the Mio n179. I am nor sure about the model. Is it a Mio Moov series or a different model? I have seen model name Mio Moov 300 n179 somewhere. When it is, it's no use updating the maps. The navigation program would be MioMap2008 (and Tele Atlas maps).
When so, new maps (for MioMap soft) won't be found, I suggest to install some other software, like iGo or Primo. After unlocking first.
The name "Mio Mitac" however does suspect the device is older.
As Chas521 says, we need more info. And tell us what maps? Europe?

Hi, sorry for my late respond.
I can see that the item (when the item is shut on) is a Mio Moov 330, and it use MioMap 2008. The item is located in Europe.

So i have to unlock the item and install iGo and the new maps. Is that right ??

Best Regards and again sory for my late respond.

Yes, you have to unlock the device.
I have no experience in unlocking, so you better ask in the unlock forum.

In my opinion - but better wait for someone to acknowledge - Miopocket would be a good choice to unlock your device.
What I do know about the Mio Moov series is that it is easy to do it wrong. The one Moov model is not the other !
