mireo miomap 2008 with tmc on spirit s505

Google for 'Mireo viaGPS 3.1.4101285 Black Edition with TMC' and you may find the package that works for me.

TMC add-on in Black Edition supports traffic event reception over RDS. Currently, only GNS RDS receiver is supported. To enable TMC in Black Edition, follow these steps:
1. Edit Ordinale.INI file and put these two lines at the bottom of the file: [TMC] UseGNS=1 This will enable listening of TMC events using GNS receiver on COM port 1. If your GNS receiver is set to different COM port, write UseGNS=n, where n is order number of GNS COM port (for example, if your GNS receiver is on COM4, put UseGNS=4). In all cases, baud rate for communication with GNC receiver will be set to 38400.
2. Download TMC add on file (tmc_be.zip) and unzip it to Black Edition folder. TMC add on consists of gpstmc.dll (GNS driver), tmc_images.cpf (additional images required for TMC add-on) and one subfolder named locdb. This folder contains TMC location tables.

Similarly to other concepts in Black Edition, handling traffic events is map centric. It means that there is no “list of all traffic events” anywhere in Black Edition, but rather traffic events are displayed directly on the map. A traffic event on the map is represented by small traffic sign located at the traffic problem origin, and road segments affected by that traffic problem are marked additionally with dark red color.

OK, great that it works so far.
To get TTS working you may want to play around a little bit with different versions of the engine, voices and *.dll files.
Buildings (and other tools you need) are not so easy to get as the program is not very common. For this reason I just have it installed als a back-up system on my device, and I prefer to use Primo, where maps, POIs, buildings etc. are far more easy to get.
