Music volume problem with IGO Primo

Hey,

I have an Eonon double din head unit which came with some rubbish nav software, so bought an sd card on ebay with IGO Primo on it which is so much better. But there is one thing that is annoying me. The music goes quiet all the time even when there is no voice command. I like it going quiet when she speaks or when it beeps for speed cams. But my music goes quiet for no reason at all. Then once she speaks the music will go loud for about 20 seconds then go quiet again. It even does this when I am just on maps with no navigation/destination

Can someone help please. I can post the syst.txt file if you need me too.
