Muting music/mp3

Hiya,
Got 2.4 running nicely on my Chinese Eonon double din unit, and its works great.
Only thing is, is that it annoyingly mutes whatever is playing when a junction is oming up or a button is pressed.
Anyone know how to turn the muting off?

Yes... mute the software
