The latest maps from the iGO section, either Teleatlas (Now Tomtom maps for iGO) or Navteq.
The actual maps have a .FBL extension, and go in the Content\Map folder, everything else is optional and certain files may only work with Primo.

I have put in the maps from the uk&rolcontentpack they seem to be working, navman seems to be a little slow running but that may just be me, I'll wait till am on the road later to give a go...! I have all three on the sd card ie navman, tomtom 8 and now igo they all have good and bad bits about them, so I can always startup any one if I get into difficulty's with one of them, thankyou all for the help without you I know I wouldn't have done it, upsetting to see that there are no celebrity voices for the igo.

Just a update....!
Took it out for a run just got to my brothers when it stop, had to go for a reboot, set it up for a trip and it told me memory was too low to run it, other reboot and try to set memory to max, am sure that was down to the navman and not the igo, it needs a bigger screen, the screen on the navman or is it just me getting too old and my eyes are going, is far too small it does show you the house numbers has you drive past which I believe the TTN8 didn't. going to have to take a 200mile trip next month so will see then what it will do. thanks again for all the help...!

Non TTS voices are just ogg samples in a zip file, Theoretically it's possible to borrow a voice from Tomtom, Extract the ogg samples using viftool, Convert to wav, Chop them up to match iGO's formatting using Audacity, Convert back to ogg, and then replace the files in the iGO voice zipfile.
Theoretically it's possible...

If I've got this straight, you are trying to take a 'comic' TomTom voice, dissect it, convert it, and transform it into a voice for iGo?
No offense, but I think you are way over your head on this one if a simple path issue is already causing you difficulties.
Put it this way:
If what you are trying to do was easy...or even
hard, but still possible with a lot of work...you would see 'celebrity' and 'comic' voices for iGo/Amigo/Primo all over the internet for download.
Personally, I have never seen one. Not a single one.

You cannot extract a premium voice.
TBH this requires a lot of editing of wavs and other work, that's why it's not been done
Mon Jan 23, 2012 1:52 pm
now I have...!
c:\viftool>viftool.exe split data91.chk
DATA: data91.chk
Found 3351480371 entries...
Invalid chk file!
c:\viftool>
so where do I find he files now....?
Mon Jan 23, 2012 2:16 pm
OK forget it then.....someone did say it can be done...!
I will give up and put all voices into bin.
thanks anyway.

I said it was theoretically possible, What's the name of the voice you're trying to extract?
