Just a little update... The version that is running perfectly on my S50 is iGO primo 9.2.1.178658

Is this the latest version, I'm not too sure lol

That's a build of Primo 1.2.
Though Primo 2 (9.6x) is newer, and there should be no reason why your device can't run it, If you have some unknown difficulty with Primo 2, 1.2 is perfectly fine, and you can just update the maps and other content if you like (both versions use the same maps and map related content).
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Oh ok, so there is no difference between the two?

I have also seen one with a different splash screen, it says cruise, I like the lookout of the main layout of that one.

There are differences, but not really in 'operation' as far as navigating is concerned. Anything new is going to be different or have something added, but whether it may be worth any extra trouble to get it to run is up to you.
The "Go Cruise" is a modified version of Primo2 made specifically for some units. The splash screen is irrelevant (it can be made to show anything somebody wants), but I would not recommend a specialized version that may have issues on units it was not designed for. Better to stick with (or try) a more universally generic version without a lot of customization (such as the one I put together).
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Damn lol

Can you explain this a bit more for me, Have you started Primo2 and the hourglass symbol that looks like this...

3794

... appears, And when you tap anywhere on the screen the out of memory error occurs?

Can you show me exactly what error is displayed as WinCE error messages can be vague at best.

Ahhh i get what you mean now...

[interface]
show_exit=1
extra_settings=1

I think it's this sys.txt option that enables it, change it to 0 or remove the line to get rid.

Exactly what error message do you get?

Did you add anything to the sys.txt and/or all the content in one go?

Also the save folder can hang on to problems created during the initial setup meaning even if the problem is fixed you still get errors, So keep deleting the save folder before each run.

It should have been the mio_moov.zip unlock, any of the other ones probably wouldn't have worked.

I put YT's version of Primo 2 on a friends Navman S50 and it worked first time and I'm also using it on my Mio M400 which is a similar device, I will borrow his device back soon and investigate.
