ANy news about NavteQ MAPS for North America anyone??

If not, why? :P

Is it time to move-on??

Like use TA maps instead?

I have the maps but I'm not giving them to you.:rofl_mini: Seriously, I wish that I did have them. They seem not to be available anywhere for some reason. The only reason that I can come up with is that the maps are not being shared by any members anywhere. If I had them, you would have them! I still think that the Navteq maps [even though they are older] are better than the newer TA maps for North America.

By NavNGo ofcourse. But you need a legal copy of their software for that.

Thanks tendriver but please see my post #2. Navteq maps work fine with iGO, Primo and Amigo [especially in NA] as long as they have a .fbl extension.

I haven't looked but is there a Navteq site and do they sell maps? I'm not a programmer [cracker] so I'm not so sure how to tell you to proceed.

Navngo sells NNG maps, Teleatlas maps and Navteq maps. Have a look to naviextras.com
