I am looking for a Greek keyboard and maps for my Mio C310X.

Maps: look in the maps section.

The Greek language file should contain the Greek keyboard. Post #5 in http://www.navitotal.com/how-tutorials-and-tweaks-t962.html is also an option, but I never tried it myself.
